With the way our luck runs, we won't get a drop of moisture, so it's safer to bet on the hose rather than the weather forecaster. I had everything watered by 8 AM so that I could see little Taélar off to school on her bus. That was fun, as we don't get to do too much together in the morning. But, I still have one garden to go though, as I ran out of time to water before Little Miss "M" woke up and wanted her breakfast. Did anyone else in my area lose power yesterday? We lost power for about four hours, but we kept on planting anyway. Not that we use power tools to plant. It would have been nice to use the watering hose, though, ya know? This morning is beautiful and warm. It's 73° with a thin, high overcast. The winds have finally calmed down to a more manageable 8 MPH, and the wind direction is South-westerly. The humidity is getting higher at 61% with the dewpoint at 59°. So far, the barometric pressure is at 29.75 in. and steady, but I'm betting that will change as the storms that have been predicted for later this afternoon approach. Happy gardening everyone!
