Same here for us with the peonies, no blooms yet. Also, I saw those montauk daisies for the first time last year all over the properties at the beach here at Long Beach Island NJ. My cousin has them ~ they must be pretty drought tolerant and hardy because the soil there is obviously very sandy.

Well I made it through yesterday with only a few plant losses. We had a termite extermination done and they had to dig a trench around the entire house and stomp their big 'ol feet all over the place. I must say they did an ok job, I expected to have to dig up and move lots of plantings and I didn't have to. My biggest worry was some nicotiana sylvestris and salvias that came back (Salvia Guarantica and Costa Rican Salvia) all some of my favorites, but they survived.

I was sorting through more seeds yesterday and am going to plant a bunch more today believe it or not.
