Here's what popped open today: Pulsatilla vulgaris 'rubra'. I think I finally learned how to grow them!

Sent the link to that tulip festival to my daughter, who lives in Salem. If she doesn't go I'll want to know why! What a great show. Wish I had time to take another trip down there.
