Put the little buggers on Bug ID, yes there are a beetle but which one?
I will try the Ground Pest. but whats funny I have another Rhody not 4' from this one the is not affected. and they have been in this spot for over 10 years. But the one that is affected has a thinner leaf structure that the other which has a thick leaf. maybe that has something to do with it?
