All you young ones out there, lift all you want while you can. I used a ladder Saturday to climb up and hang big heavy hoyas in the trees and knew the moment I hurt my leg and knee. Being determined to finish I did! But my leg and knee kept hurting so I went to the doctor today to find out I had torn the muscle in the 'ham string' (that was what he called it......ham string).

He asked me what in the world was I doing on a ladder carrying that much weight on one leg (as you step up the ladder with your basket)................he said it like I was 85 and not 65!
Now I can't lift more than 10 lbs for 3 weeks.

I will just play with my inside plants for awhile..........I have some lipstick bloom, too......(on the porch)
