If I get filthy they go in a basket. If not filthy they go on the floor or get draped over the dresser, till morning. My cash stays in my front pocket. Change will go in a bottle. Except I keep 3 quarters, 2 dimes, 1 nickel and 4 pennies on me all the time (when dressed). That way you buy something you can alway's make change and get no change back. My throw on sweaters is a totally different story. Went to an auction back in the 90's and bought a lot of 100% (made in the USA) black cotton cardigan sweaters - cheap. They might get washed once or twice and then thrown away. A new one comes out. I have a supply for another 10 or more years. I have one wool coat that can't be machine washed. I do have nice clothes but no desire to wear or wash them. Nor do I go anywhere that I have to wear them. The sweaters - |
