LOL Nanny, I remember Ed's hunched shoulders and in my book you ain't old till they have to carbon date you! It has been 65 degrees here the last 3 days .. makes me want to put my hummingbird feeders out but it is too soon.
tigerlily, I've only got one picture of a bushtit, mine was much smaller looking than your bird but I don't know anything about the coastal variety. There was a small flock in a pine tree and to say "These lil' birds are very fast and seldom sit still!" is very accurate. Like I said I only got one photo!
