Moving plants back outside I found this very dry Jewel Orchid amongst some plants inside in an East facing window and lookie what I see ... two buds!! I have had this plant for probably seven or eight years and it has NEVER bloomed for me! Last year I took a piece of it and planted it in the terrarium, not doing much and it's been in there almost a year! And, here I find this one all dried out and ready to bloom. Can't wait to see what it's gonna look like! At first I thought it was perhaps new leaves but upon closer inspection found it is indeed little buds!
