Rj, here's shot of the pond. You can see the flagstone style flat rocks I laid around the edges in this pic. I've put more rocks around the pond, but haven't glued them in yet. The pond is one of those hard plastic preformred jobbies that is pretty darn sturdy.
We originally had a hole dug with a pond liner, but the dang racoons punctured the liner while fishing. They occasionally pass through the yard, but they had a harder time getting the fish in this one. No fish in there right now.
It's about 2 feet deep in the middle, with several spots along the sides being only 1 foot deep, kind of shelves. There's a little fountain thing in the center that's on a timer.
