What happened was that I used a 31/2 oz pot for the new babies with no perlite on the bottom. That meant i couldn't put them under a dome on a mat where the wick could draw only the water needed.

Here is a picture of her and she has been in this oversized pot for more than two weeks. I still don't have but one new leaf. The smaller the pot the easier it is for the roots to be motivated to fill up the pot. She is having a hard slow time.
