For example, I have found something on the Norwegian Sun (Norwegian Cruise Lines) this morning. Here's a picture of her. That's a delightful mid-sized ship. We have sailed on that ship twice already. They sail from Miami on Feb. 23/08 for 7 nights, visiting Belize City (Belize), Roatan Island (Honduras), Costa Maya (Mexico), and their private island in the Bahamas.

The price per person is $483 for an inside cabin. Price includes port taxes and government fees. If enough people are interested, I'll try to have them waive the $25 booking charges per cabin. I can't promise anything on that one but I can tell you that I'll do my best.

What's not included are expenses on board such as alcoholic beverages, wines, sodas, souvenirs, bingo, shore excursions, spa treatments and gambling. Gratuities are also extra and typically amount to to $10/day/person or $140 for2 people staying in the same stateroom.
