Obviously, it must have started out on the top of the tree where I can't get to in order to check and came down recently. I check that tree every week, but it's taller than my own Hop Trees. The cat is doing an instar, changing to a green color, so I tried not to disturb it much. Won't be too long until it pupates. Darn butterflies, I try to tell them not to lay eggs where I can't reach them! I'm just not a young person who can climb trees...they should understand that!
