I was actually thinking about this, and I came to the conclusion that there are always going to be some hoyas that have some weird things going on. For example...Carol, a lobbii I got from you (one of my FAVORITE hoyas by the way) has this set of curled and tiny leaves on it, and it was there when I received it. Therefore, I know the distortion is not from Eleanor's or Osmocote (i.e., a salt build-up or a lack of trace elements)....it's just one of those weird hoya things! I actually kinda like it :P Here's a pic of it...you'll notice that the branch on the right has a set of TINY leaves....I think they're kinda cute actually!
