I sent away about ten packages of cuttings last fall after you sent me that huge box of cuttings, but it is tough to root them in the winter so I kept the remaining ones on a couple of heating mats all winter. I've given them away steadily to everyone who visits me and to all the plumie gatherings, and this is the last of them. I've also used a few center cuts for grafting stock, and it has proven to be very good grafting stock. I still have about 12 left and can do three more packages of four. This was so nice of you to do. Bless you also, my friend. Your 'Brad's White' is now all over the country! I found a small one blooming today. It starts out as a light pink and quickly fades to white. My nose is a bit stuffed today, but it is soft floral to me. It is lovely. I have another inflo coming in a a bigger tree that I'll post as soon as it blooms. Wow, those two cultivars look so stunning together, Brad. 'Teresa Wilder' has become one of my favorites. All the 'Teresa Wilders' went out in the fall. Thanks again for doing this. |
