I'm 6'1" and this is a photo of me standing behind our two Goshen Calico plants (one for each green stake) to give you some idea of height. As a first year Dahlia grower I cannot say if the plant always grows to this height or if it is highly variable due to soil, moisture, pruning (I didn't do any pruning, but some cut side stalks to achieve bigger blooms). I'm very happy with it. We ordered our tubers from Accent Dahlias, based on good recommendations from the DG Garden Watchdog feature.
