If it were to stay like this, it would be a weak graft, and those tend to break off easy at the first sign of trama. If it were my graft, I would re-graft it using a diagonal cut and electric tape. The tip looks healthy enough to windstand a second grafting if you want to attempt it. This is the type of cut that I am talking about.
