I just let them shrivel up on their own. My hundreds of daffodils are planted in among perennials that soon grow up around the dying foliage to camoflage it. Here is a pic of my daffs from last year. I haven't got out to take pics this year but they are even thicker and more beautiful this year in spite of the fact we had that late snow and cold temps. Brenda |
