Kassia, when you get to the flower show please check out Junior Horticulture over in the Amateur section by the north entrance. Also, my kids and I {Kids=21 and 18} have jade plants in the Amateur Horticulture section. Mine is a Crassula 'Hobbit' which they seemed to think is 'Gollum' and my daughter has a regular jade plant. My son has a good sized Opuntia. These are all with the cacti and succulents. We will find out tomorrow night how we did.

We will be there tomorrow evening as Junior Horticulture {yours truly, chairperson} does an activity for kids for the Children's Festival. I will be on duty with my intrepid squad of Juniors committee members from 3:30 to 8. Junior Hort has won its eighth gold medal in a row. You can see it on our sign when you get there. I am very proud that it is my fourth one as chairperson. You never know who will be hobnobbing with prize winning Junior Horticulture chairpersons so I enclose this picture taken Tuesday night when we were entering cacti. Roger is a really nice guy!
I have to close up shop here for now since there is a lot to do before the show tomorrow. Enjoy your day on Saturday.
