While it might be tempting for us ladies to stop off in Costa Rica for a little bargain priced plastic surgery. I can't recommend it. This is what happened when I went for a face lift there. It took me months of surgery, not to mention psychotherapy to get over it. While it might have been handy to have one eye on the back of my head, and one in front .... I just didn't like the look. I think we should proceed on our trip to Columbia, and not stop at Costa Rica.
