Bohemian Waxwings at the top of a Spruce tree. The other day I tried to follow a flock of Bohemian Waxwings in my truck, again. When they finally landed it was on the tops of tall Spruce Trees. They were way too high for closeup shots. The primary winter food of the Bohemian's is the fruit of the Mountain Ash Trees. However, they will eat almost any kind of a fruit still on trees or shrubs in the winter.
