We pass it on the right on the way to our place. Those are the only houses on a hill that can be seen from the 4-way to my knowlege. Can't imagine any house on the lake staying on the market long. A friend waited years to be able to buy a house (she said you have to wait for them to die - LOL) on the lake. I believe it's the same lake as yours. They did a lot of remodeling and landscaping then, completely unexpected, her husband of 33 years wanted a divorce! I felt so sorry for her. She leased another house on the other lake and last I heard she was trying to buy one. Hopefully, she is on the lake permanantly again.

Here's the view from my house yesterday morning......no lake, but lots of wildlife!
