After a week of overnight frost and cold enough day temps. to keep the pond and puddles frozen the birds were so happy when it rained and they could take a bath! It rained so heavily last Friday that large puddles formed on the street and it was like a pool party there were so many birds bathing :-)

After the bath it sat in my "cherry tree" and pruned itself for a long time.
