After looking around, I found an old recycling sorter made of PVC, that I had stuck in the garage. I bought tule at JoAnn's for 64 cents a yard. I had some foam core board that I used for a base, hot gluing it to the bottom rails. I stitched a top and sides to slide over the top.
Edited much later to say that the tule fabric isn't protection against parasites!!! Use something with much smaller holes!
