Hi Barb, nice to hear from you, I read you are doing the bubbler way this winter! I did it last year and it was the way to go, saves space, they grow roots like crazy and some even flowered! If you loose any over the winter just let me know in the spring and I'll be there to help with some cuttings.

I didn't get to a couple of my brugs today and the temps are going down pretty low tonight, I hope I don't loose any of them, a little leaf damage would be ok, I'll be taking them off anyway. last year I purposly left out a 6' Adora outside to see how it would react to the temps, and you know it really didn't show a lot of damage until it was in the elements for some time. So I think I'll be ok.

Still no blooms on my Herrenhauser Garten this year (2nd year) I'll give it one more year and see what happens. It did grow alot and sent alot of side shoots, so it's getting pretty big. If no blooms next year I will offer it or just dump it.

Last year I was putting my different cuttings together in the same buckets, this year they are going to get thier own buckets. I don't want to cause any problems with cross contamination if they have any diseases, especailly if I am going to share my cuttings. A good habit to start I guess (being a responsible gardener I mean)
