I had no idea how different your typical murray-mcmurray chickens would be from the standard of perfection ( i feel silly writing that) but there is a huge different between my mail order wyandotte and my chicken breeder one, in terms of the amount of white. apparently silver -laced are supposed to have white feathers with a penciling of black around each one. Piccadilly is a little too white on the breast. Here is piccadilly. |
