It was a great event! How much more fun can a gardener have without getting dirty, than to gather with like-minded people and talk/trade plants! I knew I shouldn't have said I was going to come home with fewer plants than I arrived with. It is definitely a 'loaves and fishes' kind of thing. I got to meet Soferdig in person (yes, he is a real person!), and also Katye, whom I had not met yet. I wish Soferdig could have stayed longer. While he was at the swap there was so much action going on that we didn't have the opportunity to sit and chat. But maybe next time around! I know he went home with a car full of cool plants, and I took some lovely bergenia off of his hands, as well as a great color of yarrow. That one is already in the ground!

It was an unusually satisfying day!
