We do six bread pans at a time. We fill them to about half inch from the top. so makes it about 3 1/2 inches thick, but you could do less.
Approx. 12 cups of clean sand to 4 cups cement. We may make 2 batches as if there is to much mixture, its hard to stir. Don't make it to sloppy or the rocks sink. We then just twist the rocks till they are set 1/2 in the cement. Let them dry 2 days. sending close up pic.
