Morning everyone-I have my sea legs again after an evening on my DB boat. We drove an hour in rush hour traffic and I was a tense, basket case by time I got there. But the boat is glorious and we had a wonderful time. Had a yummy cookout, took a nice ride (very rocky/rolly tho) and anchored out in the lake to watch the sunset. DIL who is preggy got a tad sea sick, but didn't lose her cookies.

Would you believe my DM who is 82 climbed aboard the boat two times. It took my DB, and two DS to get her aboard, but she laughed the whole time about being a cripple up/ tubby old grandma. She enjoyed it so much. On the way home she said 'wouldn't your dad have been proud of Tom (DB)' It brought tears to my eyes...DD was the finest man on earth (despite his drinking problem LOL)

Continues to be hot and humid here and will for the next 4 days- but heck-it's summer, so I shouldn't complain.

I have some beautiful heavenly blue morning glories popping open- they are my absolutely favorite MG's - so crystal, pure blue.

Darius - sounds like you got your $$ worth out of your helpers. Won't your sis be surprised when she comes!!

Oz - I love playing horseshoes and I'm not too bad...Challenge you to a match. I used to bowl, but I really suck at that!! In one gutter and then in the other...plus all the smoke drove my crazy....

Mary- glad the guy ended up in prison - get him off the streets and confined for the rest of his nasty life. The only bad part is that we have to shuck out $$ for scum like that. I have no mercy for criminals

somer- cute twins!!! Bet they are best buds...

Well, everyone, I need to get my lard butt up and get the mower roaring- with all this rain, out grass is knee high. I'm gonna don my bathing suit and hop in the pool when I overheat.
