Hummingbird and Butterfly Gardening: Help ID my visitor, 0 by Florida9

While the Monarchs and Swallowtails chase each other around the buddleia, this one, a fairly small guy, hides in the monarda and salvia. I tried looking in Butterfliesandmoths.org and he looked similar to a White Pacock (anartia jatrophae) but the number of black dots up the wings ar different and the coloring is just a little off. Does anyone have any other ideas?
