We had torrential amounts of rain last winter, way more than usual, and they are just mush. It's heartbreaking.

I lost my favourite of all, "Castle Drive" - think I've posted this pic last summer. It's too late for the dahlia club sales here on the island, and the stores are empty!

Can't stand the idea of a big empty spot in my garden, where that glorious display used to be...
