Did ya'll have a really nice mom's day? I have to admit that I did. I got up at the crack of dawn (445 am) and proceeded to get lost going to meet Marylyn at the daylilly sale. Now I've worked all over HISD at some point or other and don't know how I managed it but I did. Was 45 minutes late--I'm sure glad Marylyn was still loading plants into her truck. We then proceeded to get lost and have breakfast--then off to Joshua's and more plants!

Got home and the rest of the weekend was quietly spent alone. lol Teen-ager (17) was working, I was soooo disappointed. Now just when I thought I was going to get some bags of leaves for mulch...no...it's a moose I spot coming through my back gate. And I found the most perfect place for it on the patio with my new skullcap (to replace the million bells which I promptly killed within a week....lol). Ignore those unplanted RU plants still sitting in the background.

You know, he makes more sense than most of the people I know right now. SSShhhhh don't tell the Dave I've been talking to him.
