I finally got it on the wall and found that the pump didn't work. So I got a new pump and hooked it up. The lion is supposed to spit the water. But there's some clog somewhere and the water never comes out of the lion's mouth. Since I bought the fountain "as is", I can't take it back. Bummer! But it's pretty, huh?
