Did Barbara manage to smuggle out that gray kitten? MollyO, thanks for your great presentation. Mary took a wonderful picture of a butterfly on a sunflower at NG. She posted it up above. so since I'm paranoid of killing any good butterly larvae...I noticed that my marigolds, tomato plants and geraniums were covered in these things today...pls see picture. Someone on the tomato forum said it was a corn ear worm. yuk. It chowed down one of my big marigold bushes. I picked off about 50 of them but want to be sure I'm not killing anything that will turn into a butterfly. That is as close as my camera would allow. Thanks Michelle |
