And when a few brugs were cut, I could actually stand in the middle of the brug garden and see my 30 year old bougainvillea that I used to be able to see from my bed. I hope to see it again soon. Birds stand on the tallest branches as they sway in the wind. Fun to watch. We also could see it from anywhere in my back yard. The brugs had grown so big, none of it glorious color was visible anymore.

We only took a few out last night, but lots of suckers. It will take a few weeks to finish the dastardly deed.
