I went back out to the dining room and the bird is fully revived and flying from skylight to skylight. He must be a she and be menopausal. I recognize all the symptoms of not having a clue!!

She picked to fly inside instead of taking 2 steps to freedom.
I will let my DH deal with her when he comes home. My parrot is hysterical, and I am afraid this humming bird will make him sick. He has never been exposed to wild birds before.
