Well, our dear friend should be a couple of hours down the road already. Praying all goes well!

Intek cleaned the laundry room carpet yesterday. They'll be coming in a day or two to repair the plaster. Then DH will put some sort of baseboard up. Then I can get all the stuff out of the family room! Yeah!!

Winter returned with a vengeance yesterday. I think the high for the day was about 15°. Brrr! after a couple of days in the 40s and one 50. Actually am glad, I was starting to worry that my bulbs would start sprouting and it's wa-a-a-a-y too early for that!

Time to get some breakfast for DGD. Here's some 'eye candy' for you.... Samantha's the center girl, in the black outfit. :)
