I was taking to my 90 year old cousin and she mentioned her shoulder and ankle pain so I told her about it. I just talked to her yesterday and she is now down to one pain pill and is telling all of her friends about it. I get mine at Costco or Amazon.

I had a nail appointment today and then went to Trader Jo\'s. I purchased a few pre-made dinners for Brian, Vern\'s son.

I walked the dogs twice and both times it was cold. They were very unhappy with me when I got home.

Pat, cats are still in the house. My geraniums are still blooming and petunias are still alive but not blooming. And I am with you on the weeding.

I was wishing for an update on Karen and her husband.

Betty you were first in my prayers last night with Karen and her husband are right behind.
