Leaf feels leathery overall, upper surface feels like velcro and leaf underside mostly smooth/very short hairs if at all but more noticeable on newer growth.

I haven\'t seen any berries on it so thinking either I have all males or it is not a fruit producing variety?

I seen another mulberry next to the bank but it was a black mulberry or had black fruits.

Key differences were leaves were softer/less rigid, leaves were a darker green and the hairs were very pronounced aka you could see them.
