Beginner Gardening: problems in dracena marginata , 0 by fffyym

I bought 2 dracena marginata plants 3 months ago, and it is hard to me to figure out how to take care of it.

The local seller told me to water it weekly for all including other type of dracena !!
i notice that it did start having browny tips, and an expert came to my apartment and told me because its overwatered. i changed my watering to every 10 days. it did worked with me. and one of dracena marginata is dead

Then i changed it to once week since last 6 weeks and NO new leaves.

Please tell me what to do, is there a way that i can save it ?
