Lilies: grandma's amaryllis, 0 by boojum

I'm pretty sure she might have received it from her sister who lived in Panama during the building of the Panama Canal. The sister's husband was an engineer on the project. I believe it is a species. And my cousin has one, too. I have found many names on line (h. reginae, h. puniceum from Barbados, a. equestris) but no photos that correspond. I did find a print by Redoute that looks similar. There is a project on Panamanian lilies, but no where to send pics. Any ideas??
