If my mom should happen to pass before my Bro gets out, there is no way I can afford this house by myself :( House payments are $850 a month, then once a year property taxes $1800 and SSDI will NOT let you save money they check your bank accounts all the time. And I still have my brother to think about. He will need a place to live when he gets out, and again no way can we live together!!! I don't want to keep this house. It needs so much work done to it that, it would be better for me to sell it and move on, or I could try and get a loan and build a new one, but then again what about my brother??

Talk about decisions!!!! LOL No wonder I'm crazy lol So all I can really do is take one day at a time~~~~ At lease the outside will look nice it's the only thing that keeps me sane, lol. Been real foggie last two days and makes my arthritis flare up :( Hopefully it is going away as they said temps will get up to 68 :) And the snow is melting FAST........As much as I hate to say it but we need rain and SNOW real bad.....................Ok been chatty enough time to watch a chicky flick I recorded Saturday "Bridal Wave" on Hallmark :)
