Taken on 5th August 2008, Lincoln UK. A pair in copulation on the outside of my window.

Taken on 29th April 2008. This one had slipped inside, as they do so easily! Length 9-11mm, habitat Spruce woodlands. Larvae feed on submerged dead wood.

Taken on 15th October 2008. They usually fly from February to November.
