Brimstone Moth. Mainly found in south UK, this one was taken further North and not seen there before.

Taken on 21st August 2006, widespread through Britain but with fewer broods in the North. Through the window. Larvae feed on trees and shrubs including Hawthorn and Blackthorn.

Taken on 18th May on a steamed up window inside, Lincoln UK.
