White Flannel Moth

The White flannel moth at my porch lights. The "fur" around this moths head for some reason reminds me of the wicked woman in the 101 Dalmations movie.

A White Flannel moth caterpillar eating Redbud on September 7, 2003. These moths are rare in the north, so I was very fortunate to have them in my yard.
