Taken 10th September 06. The female, identified by yellow wing tips, yellow veining (barely visible) and blue lower edge to the eye when mature.

Taken on 13th September. I got very close, it had a piece torn from it's rear left wing, and a black bruise to it's left eye. Perhaps a bird's dinner escaped.

Taken 13th September 06. The male back view clearly shows median black dashes on segments 8 & 9 which characterises the genus.

Taken 13th September. The male's linear abdomen has a conspicuously swollen base, and is 24-26mm long.
